How can I request assistance or maintenance for a defective product?

In case of a defective product or operating problems, please contact our Returns Department (returns@sambonet.it). We will do our best to resolve the problem or provide you with instructions on how to return or repair the product.

 

For Rosenthal products:

please contact your customer service
