How can I make a return?

You can make a return directly from your personal area.

From the menu icon, click on "Personal area" and then on "My returns". You will be able to view the history of your returns, or use the "Enter returns within 15 days" or "Enter returns after 15 days" buttons to proceed with the return request.

If you have difficulties or doubts, you can contact our Returns Department ([email protected]) providing the order number and details of the problem. Our team will be happy to assist you.
